Terms of Service
Apple Sign Company — 105 Small Street, Albertville, AL 35950
1. Payment Terms
Full payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice. Where a deposit is required, work will not begin until the deposit is received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery, pickup, or installation of the finished signage.
2. Late Payment / Financing Charge
Any invoice balance not paid by its due date is considered past due. Past-due balances accrue a financing charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, until paid in full. Apple Sign Company may suspend work on any current or future project for an account with a past-due balance.
3. Proof Approval
Before production, we provide a digital proof of your artwork for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully review each proof for accuracy, including spelling, dimensions, colors, layout, and content. By approving a proof, you approve it exactly as shown — Apple Sign Company is not liable for errors, omissions, or issues that were present in an approved proof, and reprinting or remaking signage to correct an error present in an approved proof will be billed as a new order.
4. Changes and Revisions
If you request changes after reviewing a proof, we will revise the artwork and provide an updated proof for your approval before production begins. Production will not start until a proof has been approved.
5. Ownership of Files
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final print-ready artwork files remain the property of Apple Sign Company. Design concepts and proofs are provided for your review and approval only and may not be reproduced without payment in full.
6. Cancellations
Orders canceled after a deposit has been paid or after production has begun may be subject to a cancellation charge reflecting design work, materials, and labor already completed.
7. Installation
Where installation is included, access to the installation site and any required permits are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Apple Sign Company is not responsible for damage to underlying surfaces, wiring, or structures that were not disclosed prior to installation.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time you approve a proof, accept a quote, or pay an invoice is the version that applies to that transaction.
